It akes me 45 minutes just to drive home UH DURRRRR. Then I did my stretching. Then I jumped in the pool after I was done.

So, of course I didn't run the whole way UHHH DURRRR. I'm 5'7 and weigh 245 and haven't done anything this physical in 12 years or better. That math isn't too hard. I didn't walk too much of it though.

It was approx 2 miles and I finished in 21 minutes. Pretty pathetic for someone who used to do 5k road races. I feel like shit and must work up the energy to down a shake. My calves want to jump out of my legs.

 
You shouldn't have done that to yourself.
My heart and lungs are saying the same thing. After a month they will silence though. Thank God. You do realize that this exercise stuff will kill you right? The proof is in the fact that no one that has ever exercised has lived forever.
I will not lie. What you just stated is FACT.

My dinner was awful. This is going to be the worst part. I will only eat this BS until I have gotten down to my target weight. The meal was a Turkey salsa burger and I washed it down with a vanilla protein shake and a couple vitamin supplements.

Its going to take you three years of misery to get to your target weight.
Nah. I can shed quickly. Yes you are correct. I only have a few beers during the work week anyway, so it isn't that big of a deal. Weekends will remain full of win though.
