Will a capacitor remove the need for a bigger alternater?

A capacitor will aid a properly funtioning electrical system that is not under excessive strain. However, a cap can not replace or do the job that an alternator does.

If your electrical system is allready struggling (Lights dimming-etc) then a cap is only a band aid to a larger problem; the alternator. May as well do things right the first time.

take it easy,

well there are two differnt theroies,

one fared per 1000 watts

but alumapro insists its one fared per 100 watts.

I think that alumapro is right but a bigger alternator is the only sure fire way to get better louder sound
