Why do I hear electrical current in the interior after my big 3?

So here's the deal. I installed my big 3, according to everything that the sticky said, using 1/0 gauge wire, and fused my alt + to my batt + with a 250 ANL fuse.

Now my car has trouble starting and I can hear electrical current from the interior. Every time I roll up my power windows, the sound gets louder and everytime I press the gas, the sound gets higher pitched.

This sound that I'm talking about kinda sounds like a supercharger but I know it's current because I can hear it when I use an accessory. What the heck is going on???

Get a Wrangler and get naked (you know…the Jeep, not you…none of us want to see that) and you’ll definitely be heard coming. 😉

Your amp may have failed. A competent shop should be able to diagnose the issue in under 5 minutes either way. You didn't necessarily do...
