realy it wasn't worth it but i did it just on principle alone cause he was being a dick about it and saying it wasn't my fault and i did nothing wrong so i took him to court but before the court date he got a hold of me and said he wanted to settle out of court and he would pay me what i asked for if i dropped the court case . so as soon as i got the money i dropped it but i did make a claim with the bbb . found out from my dad the he no longer dose mechanic work any more cause he had to many bbb claims against him .
