Rock the house.
Which 8's? Most of the 8's on market can easily take this power.Yup.. and I don't need that with the 2 8's that I'm running in my truck..

Any word on amp? And is it from their phenom series? Price?
I spoke with Audiosavings and Rockville. They are willing to do a group buy on their amps.
Those must be tiny little fellers thenYup.. and I don't need that with the 2 8's that I'm running in my truck..
They should be able to handle this amp. Clean signal and youd be good. In a vehicle you will rarely if ever see the full power. I have a 2.2k amp on two 2.5" coil 8's and they could take more.VD-8's.. got a 600 watt amp on em for now and happy with the output. No hating. Be nice..

Hmmm the m5 will do more power im assuming? 140 shipped each. Arent they normally 150?Still waiting on a direct answer from Rockville as for a set price. Audiosavings can do a deal on the Rockville RXD-M4 $135.95 each. There are rumors of a RXD-M5 coming out as well. I'm still working on getting in touch on the price directly from Rockville, however... judging by the response I got from both I believe it's the same company?
Normally 150, they can do 136 shipped. Still haven't heard from rv directly.Hmmm the m5 will do more power im assuming? 140 shipped each. Arent they normally 150?
yeah I think I will.buy a pair of the 1500 watt amps and strap them just to see how they do.Okay got my Rockville F2 4 channel in today. Im pretty sick but decided to install it anyways and see how it does. I hooked it up to channel 1 and 2 powering 2 McLaren MLD380 8 ohm horns. Didn't touch the crossovers at all. Just set to full pass and let my 80prs take care of the rest. No unwanted hum or whine. Turned the gain up 1/4 of the way and they got pretty loud. Fits 4 gauge power and ground wire no problem and fit 12 gauge speaker wire no problem.
Things I don't like about it..
Doesn't come with allen wrenches and the speaker wire allen head screws are tiny so it took me a while to find one that fit it.
When the gain is all the way down its not 0. You can still hear the horns playing at 0 gain..
Cant complain for $95 though //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/thumbsupwink.gif.129404938effda6ad9cca39e7f4b58a3.gif
