Which way should I point my box?

I made a ported box for my 12" audioque sub, and i will be running it at a nice mild 230w....My question is should I have the sub pointing out of my trunk or pointed at the backs of my back seats? its a 1999 grand am gt coupe, so its a small trunk and car to start with, just wondering which will sound better. Going for quality over quantity in this instance.

Why not try it yourself? Not trying to come off as an ass, but some cars behave acoustically different than others.

I would start out pointing it back, box toward back of trunk, but like stated above. Every vechicle is different. Put the box in different spots, and point the sub different directions, and see what you like the best when your sitting in it. It takes some time.

he might have the new 2.0 series

they are 250 rms

pointed back towards the trunk is usually the best in your case
