Which wat should i put my box for it to sound the loudest?

I have a 96 ranger and i was wondering what would be the best way to put the box. The box is already made with the subs and ports firing the same way. would firing them up , forward or backward, which would be the best.

I liked forward better in my S15

Use a sealed box. put in a meter. burp tones till you hit peak db's. Tune 5 or 6 herz lower. Adjust box while you have the meter in there.

well my ranger peaks at 40hz...and when i had 12s this was the set up...

that set up did a 143.1@ 40hz 800rms a sub

when i had 15s i had em in this box...same power same everything cept 15s instead of 12s

the 15s did a 146.1@ 40hz

do u have that little hump all the way in the back of the cab on the ground in ur truck

hump in the middle goin front to back and then the one against the back wall goin side to side!! pisses me off!!! rangers **** for this hobby fyi! lol

yeah i bet the ext barelly has enough room for me i hate to have a reg cab.
