Major issues with ARC

So I sent out my AB 150.1 to arc, they received it on September 12th. According to their policy 2 business days and they will be in contact in regards to their findings. Weeks go by, i called and called and emailed and emailed. 4 1/2 weeks later Scott finally called me, that was on October 9th. Hell of a lot more issues than I had anticipated, but he is the one who does this for a living. Anyways October 23rd I make payment, the 27th of October I receive the amp back. Hook it up and it doesn't ****ing work, everything was good on my end. As I just got done doing my battery bank, while waiting for this to get fixed.

 
I called Scott up and let him know what the hell was going on, he assured me it was under warranty and to send it back and he will check it out. I now have nearly $50 in shipping charges alone. November 4th he received my amp at 11:49A.M., November 6th he calls and tells me that he checked it out and that everything is working find. I find that hard to believe, but I don't say anything. He told me he is going to ship it back out to me. That was on the 6th of November and it is now the 24th of November. im going on 3 months awiting to find out about my rainbow speaker warranty.. hell id ont even know if im getting the driver replaced yet... let alone when im getting it back..

and the person thats doing it for me.. refuses to answer me, just ignores my pm's and doesnt even let me know whats going on so yeah

 
Septemeber 12th he recieved my amp and it is now over 2 months later and no finished product. He has been paid since October 23rd.

I know people have had issues with Scott before, pretty much posting this to make people aware of what kind of business he conducts. I have been pretty god ****ed patient if I do say so my self. Next stop will be States Attorney down at the courthouse and BBB:rolleyes:

Interesting, I havent heard bad reviews from ARC before, although i do agree that their communication is not that good.

I'll be installing the amp i sent them tomorrow, Ill post up the results.

 
Ive dealt with him before, It took me a little over a week to get someone to answer the phone (after i checked UPS's site and it showed it was delivered, i started calling 2 days after that), but once they did answer they took care of my amp the next day and shipped it out the day after that once i paid. but the communication there is definetely below expected.

 
Well with money already out on the table and 2 months and some change and still no product. I think I am handling the situation quite ****ing well. I just hope he doesn't have the idea I am a rug that can be walked on, that would prove unwise

 
Ive had quite a few problems with him too, and I stopped doing business with him. Super poor communication skills.
Yeah like I said, I went 4 1/2 weeks before the guy even had the courtesy to call. Blamed it on being *** deep in competition amps. Last time I checked I was a paying customer, if he did not have teh time all he had to do was say so. This arrangement is so done. Now I just need to get my amp back. I see he called last night, but from a legal standpoint everything is going to remain in writing or if he happens to leave a message.
