i thought u got banned?Id definetley say a hatch,Sedans are freakin hard to get loud in, look at my setup, and then my dB #'s! Low for my equitment in my opinion. But, what do u expect, its a freakin 4 door corsica!
i beg to differ. while it is possible to get very nice numbers in a 4-door (as youve proved), its much easier to do it in a hatchback. and i cant prove this, but my guess is that in most situation, youll end up with higher numbers if you put the exact same system in a hatch as opposed to a trunk (with a specific box for each setup). so naturally, hatchbacks are a better choice for SPLhttp://forums.caraudio.com/vb/showthread.php?t=127829
Who says 4 door sedans can't get loud? It just takes quite a bit more effort to get it there.
The truth is vehicle doesn't matter... not if you know how to work it.
Yea, but when u have the door open its louder. If we were doin outlaw, I bet I would have hit at least 140 dB at 38hz.http://forums.caraudio.com/vb/showthread.php?t=127829

Why do you think a truck would be the easiest for SQ?? //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/confused.gif.e820e0216602db4765798ac39d28caa9.gifIMO...SPL: Van > SUV > Station Wagon > Hatchback > Truck > Sedan
SQ: Truck > Hatchback > Station Wagon > SUV > Van > Sedan
so try again MECA style //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gifYea, but when u have the door open its louder. If we were doin outlaw, I bet I would have hit at least 140 dB at 38hz.
