and to TommyK I do agree that it is a little on the cheap side, but I originally decided on the sdc2.5s after what Jeremiah has done with them(or seeing what they are capable of), and just thought of what else would be in my price range for that.

I will also look at the 3500 motors, and now considering a xxx just bc of the low price

Amp is good but would highly recommend taking a step up to the HDC3 12's from audioque. They are very loud and with the power you have you won't be under powering them by any means. And they'll hold up longer it you plan on doing a lot of testing due to they have a stronger suspension. I'd bet the HDC3's would be louder by at least .5db over the SDC's. The HDC3's design is largely based off of the older DD95 F series which is still one of the loudest motors / woofers today.
