Which speaker output when using one sub?

I've been wondering, when just powering one sub, does it matter which pos or neg you use? Or is any combination fine?

Like are the middle two a pair, and the outer two?

Should I be using one first if leaving two of them untouched?

This is a hifonics amp

If it's a mono amp it doesn't matter. The amp bridges the 2 sets internally and just has it like that so it's easier to wire. You can use whichever combination of positive/negative that you want.

Just make sure whatever two you choose are opposite eachother, i.e. you can't use the -/+ in the middle
This is what I was wondering. If any of them are a 'primary' channel when not using both.

Seems all combinations work fine.
