which re sub is this?

i noticed that when one my tinsel leads ripped and i was soldering it.i had ghetto fix it a few times and finally got pissed. I ende up taking cone and coil cover off. and running a whole new tinsel through it. didnt think it was possible but i took my time and nothing ripped so good as new.

That reminds me of my first experience with RE subs.. ******* hate their tinsels.

SPLaudio definitely got that sub twice before it was finally trashed and now I use SA12's and the quality difference was outstanding

It wasnt clipping, remember the tinsels kept tearing? No matter what we did the tinsels would tear. Then they started frying.. Then I ghetto rigged it. then the motor chipped away lol sounded like shiiiiiiit

I dunno, I wasnt happy with the quality of the new RE SE's. The old ones are nice.

But yeah man.. the sa12 is going strong as ****.. been thru 2 summers now and this will be their second winter.

o i plan on giving you mine at some point to play with lol
