Which On-board Crossover should I use?

Hi:

I have Kenwood DNX8120 head unit and 2 JL amps. Should I use the crossover on the head unit or the amps. Which one is better? My amps are JL HD600/4 and HD750/1

I suggest using the one on the HU because most amplifier onboard crossovers tend to be craptastic. The other advantage to using the one on your HU is you will have the ability to change on the fly should you ever feel the need to.

if you use both it will cut off sooner (slope) for whatever freq. u set them at tho so its a tossup. i use both but i know the ones in my amp are pretty decent.
