Which comps should i get?

Hey guys I'm lookin to pick up a set of comps for around $150. I'm looking for pure SQ, and I dont want to do have to cut up that much in my door to fit it in my 2.6" mounting depth. I've narrowed it down to these three, let me know which you think are best, and suggest others if you want.
