Which 12" sub should I get?

Well, I wrecked my 12" sub. (It was pretty old anyways) I dont really want to spend money to have it fixed.

I want a 12" sub that plays the real low freq very well in a sealed box. (around 1-1.5 cft.) I have a 10" that hits really hard and tight above 80hz. I want something that hits below 80hz like my old RF Punch Power did.

Are the 12" Type Rs good? I see alot of talk on here about those.

for the money try the type R, pioneer 3000 premier series or like the tc-1000

Yes, I was planning on running 80 - 120 Hz to the 10" sub, and 80hz - down to a a 12" sub. The RF 12" I had was better in the lows than alot of 15s I have heard. I want something that will perform like that.

It's 90% the install dude. Get a 12" sub and build a box that is "too big" ie make the Q down around .5 and it will hit plenty low. As for a sub I'd suggest a TC Sounds TC-1000, or an IDmax install in IB

If u have the money and 700-900 watts rms I say go with a IDMax12 in a 1.5 sealed, it just hits so low u'll fall in love with it.

Thanks for the suggestions guys. The ID MAX looks awsome.

What about the Crystal CMP 12? I remember years ago reading that it was the benchmark subwoofers. I found a place on line that still carries them, about 70 bucks cheaper than the ID. Im going to be running 400 RMS (MTX amp), the ID looks like it needs alot of power.
