It means you havent even pushed them, crank it up a tad more. Get a voltmeter and see your drops to see if you need to do the big 3 upgrade. Your amp kit does not leave enough for the big 3 upgrade so dont tripplus i been checking my subs and amp and no heat or even a little warmth is getting to them, i think i play them pretty good, whats going on with that

Your head unit should have a subwoofer level adjustment. You can use that adjustment or amplifier gains or head unit volumewhen u say crank it up do u mean the volume button or the amp settings

go to your local o reilly's advanced auto or autozone and have them test your alt and battery. Your batt could have been drained a bit and just need to be charged or worst case scenario, alt or battery failure.hey people, so i turn my gain up a little bit last night and 5-10 mins later my engine light came on, now it could be just a coincidence but if its not is this normal,damm light wont go off after i turned amp off
