the LED is on meaning you have power to the power supply. are the RCAs good? check continuity between the ends of the RCAs. or you can check on the amp end if the RCAs have power. make sure its on AC voltage.. you should see about 2 volts if you turn it up..

i have alphine 151 Alpine
i hav a aux cord but not one with a rca splitter

i dont have a multi meter

This cheap lil thing can do a test to see whats wrong with your connection line. Plug the aux to the phone and the rca to the amp and bump it up, if the subs play then there's something wrong with the signal line from the head unit to amp which could be a bad RCA or bad sub rca output on the head unit.

Is the gained turned down all the way? hard to tell if it is down all the way (turned all the way counter clockwise) or at about 3/4 of the way up?

Just noticed i thought the low pass was higher. If its at minimum, thats why you have no sound, its filtering out all the pass.

Yeah seems like the gain and filters need to be set. Looks like they are all turned completely CCW which would basically mean they are all "off"

Yep, I think he needs to turn the LPF up a little (turn the dial clockwise) and if the gain is at the minimum (all the way counter clockwise) then he will need to turn that up as well (turn the dial clockwise)

Here is a pic of how my amp is set

Turn all of the dials completely counter clockwise. This will essentially set everything as low as possible.

Then turn the gain clockwise about 3/4 of the way.

Turn the Subsonic clockwise just a little under halfway

Don't touch the bass boost. Keep it turned all the way counter clockwise.

Turn the LPF clockwise just a little under halfway

Make sure the switch is still set to Master.

If all of these things don't fix it then I'm out of things to try lol.
