one Ground Zero Nuke in a ~1cube sealed box with a 100w@4ohm (bridged) coustic amp.

upgraded the amp a few weeks later to a $150 PPI PC1400 (200w@4ohms i found out - pretty underrrated id imagine)

wanged pretty **** hard.

In '78 my Dad and I installed an under-the dash Audiovox 8-track player and 4" crappy coaxials in my '70 VW Beetle. Dear God, it sounded horrible.

Fast forward to today....WOW, the industry has come a LONG way!

then MB Quarts for the CA400, and a CA600M for the Audiobahn

then the Audiobahn turned into an SE

Polk Audio EX-series 3.5" mids and .75" tweeters (x2 each) in a custom-made overhead console which also housed my CB and its associated 6-digit frequency counter

Fosgate Series 1 12" sub (x2)

Kenwood KAC-622 amp for the mids and tweets via a PAC 2-way crossover

Yamaha YPA-700 for the 6x9s

Fosgate Punch 150 (x2) - one on each sub

System 1 with Calrion HUD, Clarion EQ, 10" JL WD, DHD Amp & some unkown brand.

Then to a 1500 watt DHD Amp with 3 DHD 500 wtt subs, needless to say I kept this for exactly one week.

Went to 2 thousand watt lightning subs & an 1800 watt DHD amp. Obviously too much cuz a week after I got this, it was all stolen. That's ok, it blocked my view anyway.

So then I got this

Then got snazzy wit it.

Now I am rollin with a Pioneer HUD, XM radio, all kicker in the back with custom box. Knockin 350 watts x 2.
