mine wasn't to long ago, i had

a really crappy sony CDX-2010

a hand-me down 12" old rockford sub in a custom bandpass box my brother built that was tuned reallllly high

and a straight outta auto zone hand me down 200 watt Phase Linear amp

2 6x9's in lower doors running of kenwood 35x2 amp

2 JL 10w4's running on a PG XSsomethin' (200-250w?)

Imaging? Naw LOUD? ear piercingly but no boomy bass, they pointed directly into the back of the driver and pass. Single cab baby!

Well, I don't remember what exactly I had first but I owned some Craig, Kraco, Sparkomatic, Audiovox, Pyle(not bad back then), Mgt, Sherwood, Pioneer, Kenwood, Infinity, Polk, I'm sure there were other off the wall brands that I can't remember right now. The cheap stuff was owned when a 200w amp/Eq with flashing lights was state of the art stuff.
