What type of antenna port is this??

Hi Guys, Ive got this antenna port on the back of a Android head unit I bought and have got no idea what type of plug/adaptor fits it. Can someone help with the name and a plug/adaptor that fits?
Its driving me nuts trying to find info.

Dual fakra adapter, meant for optical input. You can buy an adapter for regular antenna.
