What system should i get for my 2006 Honda Ridgeline?

There is no "best" of anything... Different subs are good at doing different things. Figure out if you want SQ or SPL or a mixture and how much space you have and how much you're willing to pay...

im not exctaly for sure but i found a box that fits 12s under it heres the link.. HONDA RIDGELINE 12" 06-UP UPFIRE AMP RACK SUBWOOFER BOX | eBay

and yeah the wiring is gonna ****...

That box is a prefab POS and a waste of your money. I would go with 2 8's ported you might have enough room for that if not then 2 8's sealed will work. Only you know how much room you have go bust out a tape measure. IDC for shallow mount subs you lose a lot of everything vs a standard sub. YEA gonna NEED a BUDGET

No i know that they can be louder but the smallest i want is 10's ive heard bad things about 8 in subs and yeah..
