If you were gunna do two 12s for 500$ I'd personally go with two ascendant Audio chaos 12s. I think it's like 50$ over your budget but they would do good on 2000 watts and should get loud...

BTL I believe like a higher tuning,i think the Sp4 is better for a lower tuning

Skar VVX's get low...probably gonna get b*tched at for suggesting em but they fit your criteria. Lots of used ones floating around for cheap if you dont wanna spend all that money
