What the hell is pure RMS? //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crazy.gif.c13912c32de98515d3142759a824dae7.gif

I choose between the same 2 subs...well not the *** but the SE's which is the same thing and i went with the SE's... It delivers very clean low bass...im starting to think it doesnt like 50+ hz at all though (its not very loud). theyre in a sealed box BTW so its not a tuning issue lol. I liked the look of the t1's better than the SE's because of the metal cone but the new basket on the *** makes the entire sub look sick and better than the t1 IMO. Both had great excursion but the t1 seemed to reach its max excursion off less wattage. I never heard any type of struggling from either sub off of around 800RMS but once again it seemed like the t1 got to its max point and stayed the same even with the increased wattage. where as the SE excelled further with the gain of more power and never peaked out. Hope this helps!

Just as i thought from visual testing the T1 has a smaller X-max. I knew it peaked out while the SE keep excelling //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif lol. Just so you know i had one of each of these woofers (12") and did a lot of (field) comparison (not paper), before i decided which one i wanted to buy to new ones of lol

these are the ones i had.the T1 was pretty good too.

my 15" TRF only has 15.5mm X-MAX......thats why they said SPL only...sounds like crap for daily...and i use it daily...LOL!!
