BL I have had both of the other 2 and prefer the BL to all of them.

If you're looking for SPL, go with the L7.

If you're looking for more SQL(ish), I'd say the Type-R.

EDIT - 15" SX would be **** nice also. I've got a 12" and the more I fine tune it, the more I'm beginning to really like it.
