What should my boxed be tuned to?

Depending on the actual box size you use 38-44hz. You would be able to tune low say 32hz and still have a lot of output from those speakers. If you fully power them;)

 
IMO yes. Anything above 35hz will sound like utter garbage. But if you're like 99.9% of the people out there. Then you wont care. And you want it to be heard.

45hz will work in your situation. Anything over should only be used for comp setups.
