what should my box be tuned to?

i want to build a box for two 12's. and im probably going to be using the recommended specs if no one can give me good specs. and since they give me recommended specs for one woofer, would i double the cubic feet? eg. it says 1.75^3. instead, would i have to do 3.25^3?

another question i had was, can the 2 subs use one port or will they both need their own port?

and can anyone give me some box plans for 2 12" CVRs? max dimensions that i can fit everything into the trunk in one piece is Width:33.75" Height:15.25" Depth: 15.75"

i would do 4-5 cubes tuned around 34hz, give or take a wee bit.

on the ports, it depends if you have separate chambers or not. if you don't have separate chambers, wiring could be easier( i dont know your subs or their impedance). separate chambers give the box some more support and imo i think they sound better. hope this helps.

with the demensions given the airspace with 3/4" wood is 3.65^ft. So I guess you just have to work with what you have. Take into consideration what the other folks are sayin too
