i have a 92 dodge spirit and im trying to get into the car audio and compete in the 129.9 bass race. I really dont know to much about car audio. i know the names off the stuff and that but im trying to get into it. what kind of system should i get??? help me out please

get some cvr 12s to start with,they are cheap and get decent loud ported.you could do a whole system to meet your goals for under 1000 easy.hu,amp,subs and build your own box youd be about 600 total.Amp wise you should get a used zx750 or zx1000.would be a great start on a budget.good luck
