Maybe try putting a couple subs and a couple amps in it. That usually works to get bass.

Hell, you could just do 1 sub and 1 amp and still get bass. No need for 2. I say go for it.

6 JL w7's should put out bass, but only if you buy 5 zapco amps to run them.

2 12 AQ HDC3 and two AQ 2200 would get **** loud and be under your budget but then your going to need to upgrade ur electrical to handle 4k watts.
