i sold a subwoofer to this kid, it shipped october 6th, then i get a call from him november 8th, telling me that the woofer is making a bad sound, rather than the one it should be making. i talked with him on the phone, and nothing really was resolved, but we did get along. today, the UPS store calls me, and tells me he shipped it back to me out of nowhere.
the woofer was in his possession for over a month, and he calls me telling me that it's broken, then ships it back, what should i do?
