What should I do? Help please.

so im going in the morning to talk to the owner, should I demand refund or replacement of subs? If they offer me W1v2's should I take them?

 
I would demand recones and major discount on their install cost for the BS you dealt with...if not, small claims court and the BBB...

If that don't work then a flare and a plastic gas can filled with gas and throw through store window...

 
if they said that everything sounded goood then all of the sudden there's a tear in the sub and he'll fix for free then ur subs blow sounds like something majorly messsed up happened with the install. i'd have them replace with a comparable sub. or have them order a new set of IDQs http://www.woofersetc.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=product.display&Product_ID=2033 apparently they are a jl shop so i'd make sure they give u something up to par and don't settle for less.

Don't take their ish. You're paying their wages, and they're giving you a service. You fulfilled your side of the deal by paying, they must fulfill their side by giving you an install that's satisfactory.

If the subs were brand new and all of the sudden they're blown, it's their fault. They probably set the gains wrong or something.

It's not your job to double-check to make sure the grunts at the shop did their job right.

 
Thanks a lot guys, I am going in the morning to talk to them about it. They are giving me serious attitude telling me they will quote me on some new subs. That is total bs I think I may have to file with bbb about this.

 
So I went to the shop yesterday and we argued, he said he did not break the sub and it sounded fine in the back when testing. He then said it must have broke hitting the side panel during install, which obvioulsy is their fault. He tells me he is doing what he can to help and JL is much better than IDQ, which I know is not true. I dont know where to go from here, I left because he wanted to leave 1 IDQ and put a JL w0 in the other side. Any tips? I dont see them changing this is bs.

So the w0 would not match up to my IDQ correct?
far from, he's trying to give you bottom of the barrel JL, dont touch it, threaten to take him to court over it and go from there, every shop does this, no one wants to own up to their mistakes if it costs them money.

 
yeah, go back to shop with your phone on record and then talk about how they messed up your subs and get him to admit that his shop did it like yesturday and then let him know that he was just taped and tell him he has one choice and that is to fix the problem correctly or you will see him in small claims court, report him to BBB and spread the word to all your friends as well as strangers and on forums that his shop scams and rips off people...

Ok thanks, he is saying he is going out of his way to help me and not charging me a dime. I dont know what to do now, I guess file with the BBB.
