the P1 is pretty much a baseline fosgate speaker... you can get better for less

hmmm....

cadence cwm's i love for the money (can be had for about 40 bucks less than those fosgates)

morel tempo's can be had for about the same price as the fosgates

dayton rs's can be had for about 40 less than the fosgates.

this is a very subjective topic though... all of the above will smash the P1's IMO, other will probably chime in with more opinions
