Coarse thread drywall screws, 1-5/8" long, orange label at Home Depot, predrill with 1/16-7/64" drill bit...never stripped a single one of them.

way over thinking this your running 1500rms your sealed box isnt going to flex apart as long as you have semi competent woodworking skillz mkay.

You can grab the 1-1/8" ones for mounting the subs if you want, but I just use the 1-5/8" because I don't feel like buying two separate boxes of screws.

i use T-nuts with the 6 prongs and extra long threads size 10-32 or 24 i never remember flat heat to not Philips

thanks guys i have a full box of 1 5/8 and like 400 1 1/2 wood screws. i know im over thinking it but it dont hurt to ask. i did some bracing befor yup it was done at 130 am lol. just got off work .

but in all reality 1 1/2 drywall screws are the norm.. ( for single baffle ) I use coarse thread for MDF ( more pull strength , with a 3/32 pilot bit/countersink..and fine thread for birch

i 1 5/8 im gona get some 1 1/2 tomrrow its all good. i did some bracing beror i have ALOT of work ahead of me. it might seam like a easy thing but i just wanted to b on the safe side. with all the work i have to do i wanted to make sure i have all the stuff i need even down to screws and L brackts etc. thanks

meh Screw are just to help you out anyways.. the glue does all the work... youll be fine
