meh , every 16 yr old has a fawking civic, and usually with stock everything , but a $500 muffler.. they have to bad of a rap for me anymore.. Im 30 yrs old now.. I dont need a civic to cruise around trying to impress 14 yr old girls.. I need a real car to impress their moms

i've cloise to 8800 in just my motor of my civic its the prelude h22a swap wiseco lc pistons eagle rods eagle knife edged crank go power dual valve springs flat faced valves skunk2 cams and adjustable cam gears toda timing belt aftermarket oil pump walbro 255 garret turbo tial wastegate on 38 lbs of boost with a p72 ecu tuned and vtec kicks at 5200 stage 3 exedy clutch with 2 step (drag launch) . i eat mustangs and shit camaros

I also have a 96 accord with a f22b1 single cam vtec with hc piston with a final compression of 13.7 and shes pretty fast too but not near as fast as the ole civic

Lol I was just thinking that same thing. No offense Memphis but I'm sure your HEAVILY modified civic still sounds like an overpowered weed wacker. With everything you've done to that car I'm sure it eats up and spits out more than camaros and mustangs. So your gonna hate no matter what.

It's like noones reading the thread. I say NO civics or rice due to the exact reason Dan just posted. ( since I'm at the age where I'm cougar hunting and not trying to impress 10th grade girls )

My opinion? Do something different. Scoop up a 1994-96 impala ss, good body for 4-5000$. Dump 5-7 into the motor, gear it, run it. Do something different like you want to.

get a silverado i know its not a car but they can get real quick as well probably not the cheapest though but at the end of the day it could be a fast daily driver that has alot of usability

It was mostly luck, but the same kid that had the mid 10s 94 Cobra I posted higher up in this thread, got an 03 Mustang GT 5 speed with 65k on it for 4300 bucks and a pair of Corbeau seats. The guy thought the ****** was bad but it turned out to be something stupid and like 100 bucks to fix. Just look around, you can find great deals. Once again though, I vote Stang.
