Its time for me to get a new toy. and a fun summer car.. I was originally looking at a 2010 ford fusion sport, ( which are actually pretty nice ) But 26-28k.? ehhhhhh also considering it drops 2k once i drive it off the lot made me think..

Ive always wanted a muscle car, hell I even went through a ricer stage.. So what do you guys think would be some good cars to look at that can be built.. I know theres tons .. eclipses, talons, camaros, older vettes( like 99 old ) come to mind.. I want to build a nice fully stock ( inside ) street legal car that runs 11s no problem, with the possibility of 10s. I have always been a vette and camaro fan, alot of my friends build talons/eclipses etc.. So what is a good car to buy that will be cheap to buy, easy to build up, and most of all , fun

Mustang Fox. Very common, but that's for a reason.
pssst...there's room for sub(s) in the hatch, too //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
X2 i miss my 89 GT fox //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif

yea man I was looking at mustangs as well.. I actually checked out the new 2011 5.0 and that thing is badass.. but yea wayyyy out of budget.. The fusion I drove was awesome, but I will never buy a new car ( unless the resale is huge )

I dont think I really want a DSM.. All my friends have them and they're fun to drive but I want real muscle ( possible supercharged muscle ) //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif but yea I know I could find mustangs and camaros for under 10k and then make it a building process over a year or so.. hell even the 2002 camaro SS Ive seen run for around 12k.. The only **** thing that brings me to DSMs are they are cheap to buy, cheap to build and all my friends know them very well spo tuning and other issues would never be a problem

hmmm decisions decisions

Yeah...I hear DSM's are super unreliable. There are a lot of parts for them out there, but I can guarantee there are a thousand times as many parts for a Fox out there, either aftermarket, oem, or at a local u-pull it //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

i dont wanna go to old tho that the only thing.. If I go american muscle its gonna have to be around 95-2002

the 2000 camaros are catching my eye .. Ill have to do some more looking but im really getting excited to start looking //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

2000 Firebird WS6?

1995 Audi S6?

Late 90s M3?

2000 Audi S4?

Not sure die Deutsche are the best choice, but I couldn't help myself //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

You could also consider an engine swap on a whole slew of cars...

i saw a black on black 2005 corvette sitting on the ford lot when i drove the fusion... 30k 22k miles.. A vette has been a dream car since I was a kid,, its tempting
