What have yal used for wire?

I know that on my first install, i didnt have a job or anything. I used an extension cord, and baught a fuse for 5 dollars, used some really high gauge speaker wire for the remote, and some rca's from the back of the tv lol. But suprisingly it sounded great, but could have been better. Whats the worst wire have yal used to substitute the real thing?

I upgraded later, but it was kinda funny how I had it set up, was louder than alot of peoples shit, so they couldnt say nothin. But yal could lol.

Ive seen tin foil used instead of fuses before. And Ive seen a set of jumper cables used for power and ground.

The worst Ive ever used is a cheap walmart amp kit, but theyre really not that bad for low power installations.
