What guage speaker wire?

I am looking to re-wire my car speakers and was wondering what guage wire should I use? I have infinity 6000cs components up front and infinity 6002i for rears. I am running a Jensen 50x4 amp to them. Should I go with 18, 16, or 12 guage wire?

i went with stinger pro series 16 gauge. 12 kinda seems like overkill IMO.

I used 14awg for mine, but that's just because I had some extra laying around from a Lowe's trip.

16awg would be fine, as stated above.
