ok so i just installed some PG RSD 6" components. i already have some 6x9 in the rear..pioneer. everything is off the HU right now. an alpine 7875. it loud and sound really good as is.......

so my question is, should i just ad a sub for a little deeper bass or should i amp the speakers?

or you suggest?....

If you're on a budget, get a solid 4 channel amp. Run the components off the front channels, and bridge the rear channels on a subwoofer.

I'm not a fan of rear fill so I personally would lose the 6x9s, but if you want to keep them just leave them on HU power.

i already have 2 amps. a jbl pushing 600w at 2 ohm. and a rockford pushing 35x4.

how big of a difference would that rockford be if i installed it on all speakers vs. the HU internal amp?

the fosgate would be putting out double what the head unit does since they only put out what like 15 watts rms? plus i would imagine the amp being cleaner than headunit power
ok. so thats what im gonna do.

amp the speakers with the rockford and use the jbl for a nice little sub.

i like rear fills in my cars. it sound more FULL to me.
