yah, thats a bit of a stretch, but i followed the build for a long time, and there is SO MUCH WORK done to this thing.

I HATED Beetles until i drove one. Snappy, nice hadling, very comfortable. I won't have money to mod it right away (if ever...) I just want something that drives like my Porsche 924S that is'n't a POS like the 924 was.

i got a couple friends with the new bugs, and my girlfriends mom drives an 02. All of them except one had a lotta troubles with em. Just last week my girlfriends moms bug burned up the ignition coils and som eother unknown problem happened, they cant figure it out.

besides this one and a coworkers bug, no one else i know has had problems, but the two that had problems had a LOT of problems
