Ok here is the deal. I have a 1996 dodge neon. It has a stock alt. only 90 amps. I have a stock battery. I am going to do the big 3 probably sometime this weekend so that will be out of the way. Here is my question, I am almost certain I will need a new battery but how big does it need to be? I was thinking of running 1/0 to the trunk and using the battery as the distro. any ideas are appreciated. thanks!

EDIT:

I will be running 2 kicker 4 ohm cvx speakers (750 rms a piece). the amp I will be using.. will have to be 1 ohm. just preparing for when I get the amp (sundown probably).

Just get a nice battery in the trunk and u will be fine...

yeah thats what I am saying. i Know i will need one but the ? is how big does it need to be. I was looking around and these puppies have big ranges. any ideas?

Big 3 plus better battery up front. Full Tilt your gear and see what you have. If you are dimming, you need to get a battery in the rear. I would suggest maybe a group 31 battery if you can fit one. Is your battery up top or in the wheel area like my 300M?

up top and the area is not very big. i was thinking of still using the stock battery up front and just get a better battery in the back. I was looking at kinetic batteries today, these things range from 600-2400+. i just don't know how big I am going to need it.
