That can be a problem....and I solve it in the exact same fashion! But I bought a 2-pack of smokes the other day that came with this sorta cool WCC bottle opener that has a few links of motorcycle chain hanging off of it.

Oh man, i quit drinking a couple years ago to quit smoking.

Now i smoke EVEN MORE, and i can't get back into drinking, i've got zero tolerance, and it just makes me tired.....
