Hey guys, just finished my setup on a qx56. Im at 141db's at 12.5 volts running idle with one RE XXX at 32hz. Tha amp im using is a mmats 3500.1 Anyway, I'd like to get a little bit more stability and get up to around 14 volts like it should be and was wondering which kinetik would be best for me. My stock alternator is 130 amp, Im using 0/1 gauge wire, and I have an interstate battery under the hood thats about 800 cca. Any advice would be great. Thanks.

Not sure what kind of ride you have, but generally speaking for the price of 2 large batteries you can purchase an HO alt which will help much more.

Check out powermaster/mechman (for batteries as well), iraggi, ohio gen, mean green, excessive amperage for your make/model and some pricing.

I would also add whatever the largest you can fit/afford in there as well as wu501 said. A group 31 -HC2400 etc.

thanks for all of the advice guys. I'll definitely look into an HO alternator and the 3800.

fwiw, its an 06 infiniti qx56.
