what battery do you live by?!?

i have three of the biggest ac delco deep cycles that you can get in my boat. one main and two aux. when ont he water we can listen to it for about four or five hours straight on the two aux. at crazy volumes with 2200 watts and still start the boat on the same two, not the one in reserve. that system is probably one of the more demanding ones out of the ones on this site, simply because it runs off of pure battery power, not off the alt when the motor is running, and they get charged every time in.

the kinetik 2400 was not the largest batt the 3200 was much larger, but they were a limited stock and are now all gone
for reserve capacity ( daily driving ) a 2400 kicks major butt , but on discharge rate at stinger sp2150 ( oddesy 2150 same batt ) does a bit better and i was also told a group 31 is right up there with a 2150, but the world record vehicles in dbdrag street had northstar batts so i dunno i think they may be the best.....
3200 was actually lighter with less reserve than the 2400 (not alot less but less) and dont always get caught up in a "belch" battery. 2400 is ment for people who dont always want to charge up meaning back to back burps you are more likely to get the same as you did before without charging it. it has a very good ah rateing and i have actually seen in SOME CASES NOT ALL (there are variables) do as well or better than the odyessy or optima group 31 so i wouldnt always say "X" battery is better. look at how you are going to use it then decide. sealed batteries as far as saftey goes are a very good bet and they dont spill and make messes.

I run the Stinger SP1000 Power2 in engine and SP1700 Power2dB for system with a SurePower isolator.

Love the batts!! MUCH added power and juice!//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/eek.gif.771b7a90cf45cabdc554ff1121c21c4a.gif

Before the Stingers, I ran 2 AutoZone Duralast Golds and they were good, but nothing like having a dedicated 'car audio battery' especially made for high end sound systems! The difference is noticable!
