What $200 sub for only 250watts rms?

Looking to get a dual 2, or single 4 ohm 12" sub to fill in the low end for my 2001 Honda Accord I just got. I have a 4-channel amp, and I am using the front channels for my front components, and plan to use the rear channels bridged to run a single 12" sub.

My amp only does 250 bridged RMS @ 4-ohm only

Looking to spend less than $200, and I want mostly SQ.

How about a 13.5" W1 or a 12" W3??
