Weird Problem...

My friend has a system in his car and his subs stopped working. We checked the system and noticed that the amp wouldn't turn on, so we used another amp and the other amp wouldn't turn on...so we checked the remote wire...won't turn amp on...checked ground wire...won't turn on..checked power wire...still won't turn on...anybody have any tips? thanks

Did you check the voltage (multi meter) in the remote wire?
