I'm getting a Router soon, so I'm not really sure how they work. Did you just use a regular straight bit and went down however thick the terminal is?
And you mind if I steal the idea? :x

yes. i set the depth a little less the than thickness of the aluminum, and freehanded it with a 2 flute straight bit...

if you cant think of anything original and you can work with aluminum, be my guest

im not sure yet... first choice is an IA 20.1, but that wont be for a while.. i might go with a 1500d, or even 2000d when they come out //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/naughty.gif.94359f346c0f1259df8038d60b41863e.gif but somewhere in the 1500 - 2500 range for now.. still need a batt or two, fuses/holders, and a small amount of wire.
