i just drain the water out of the can(s) of tuna and eat them like that...then again i eat 2 a day normally. Best way to lose weight is pretty simple actually.
Eat less, you dont have to eat like a 65 pound crack ***** but dont get 2 super sized meals at mc donalds. Eat the fish or chicken and skip the fries. Try and eat alot of protien if you can as it is always good for you. Since your in school as you said, you can eat tuna at lunch but id pack a toothbrush with me if i were you
for lunch try somthing with say chocolate milk not pop.
Find somthing you like todo that gets you active, join a team sport , start to run quite often and the whole heart rate at a certin time thing is a load crap their is no magic number just work hard and you will be rewarded. I HATE running but the roads near me **** and i cant rollerblade so what i do is i ran as far as i thought i could one day in 1 single direction when i wanted to quit really bad i stoped, turned around and ran home. i then always tried to improve my time or you can make the distance farther, personally i just try and get home faster since i dont want to run anyway.
you wount be used to running and your body is going to hate you for it to start with, so ease yourself into running more often i started off every 2-3 days until on that second day i was no longer sore then you run everyday, if you want run twice a day once your body can take it.
going to the gym and working out will always help, motivation is a big part of working out go, i use pictures of how i want to end up as somthing to aim for.
well that and just remember if you eat mc donalds ull end up fat and your dick will fall off..that seems to work well for me.
