Want to lose some weight

Thank you to the 2-3 people who actually gave me a real response. I expected to get flamed, but everything everyone usually tells me is bullshit, so I figured I'd ask real people. My personal fitness teacher last year weighed 260lbs, and no, it's not muscle, heh.

I want to stop with the fast food, but it's just that... fast. I don't know what to make healthy for breakfast so I just run to McDs or skip breakfast, for lunch I usually have a slice of Pizza and an Iced Tea because that's the only thing edible and I have no good ideas for bringing food and for dinner I usually eat fast food because again, I don't know what to cook.

 
really just gotta do alot of cardio, eat healthy, lots of salad. its alot more simple than it seems. the best types of workouts are the ones that are actually productive. Like using your car less by walking or jogging to the places that are in a close proximity to you. or taking on a project around the house, building something.
