lotts of meth........
If your really serious about it. You have to eat right and exercise to lose the weight. By eating right you need to eat about 5 good meals a day. That's 5 good proptioned meals a day. By eating more smaller meals a day you will increase your metabolism. Take in about 1-1.5 g of protein/lb of body weight. Keep the carbs to a minimum and the fat even less. To lose weight you probably want to aim at about 2000-2500 cal a day. That's good cals too, not saturated fat and shit.
For exercise you want to focus on your cardio. Do whatever cardio you like the best. I hate running. Anything that raises your heart rate for an extended time period is great (i.e. stationary bikes, treadmills, elliptical machines). Then hit the weights. You want to use free weight. Machines are garbage and don't stress all the auxillary muscles. Do bench and incline presses for chest. Deadlifts for your back. Squats for your hole lower body.
But 90% of how you look is what you eat. Protein shakes are great for post workout supplements to fuel your stressed muscels, but don't rely on them for your meals. Getting 5 well proportiend meals in a day and then burning off more than your calorie intake is the key to healthy weight loss.
Good proteins include eggs, chicken breast, tuna, turkey, red meat, milk, etc. Good carbs would be stuff like whole grain rice, whole grain bread, natural peanut butter is also good for both protein and carbs (takes a while to get use to though).
