Another quick recipe is to take a can of tuna, squeeze all the water out of it. Mix some lo-fat Mayo in it and throw some dill pickle stuff in it and put it on some wheat bread. Thats like 40g of protein and its super quick and easy.

Not only is it lots of protein, it taste like shit imn a can:thumbsup:

 
actually, i just started eating breakfast a few weeks ago, and i've had less between-meal junkfood cravings, and better all-around energy throughout the day....

and eating well-rounded meals, even if they're smaller than you're used to, will also keep you from craving as many snacks.....

i know people recommending "nutrition" is played out, but it's really important

that, and stay away from caffeine.

when the caffeine wears off, i usually tend to want to snack on something to keep my metabolism going because of the crash

and once you go a few days without caffeine, it's suprising how little your energy levels drop

although, if you go a while without it, and then drink a cup of coffee or something, you get kinda insane..... you must lose caffeine tolerance VERY rapidly

What you need to do is stay a phatty and be happy. I know I did and love every second of it.

if you just try your god****ed best to discipline yourself not to snack or overeat, you eventually stop havint to even think about it......

for me, it was almost like trying to quit smoking, except 10x harder, since you can live without smoking, but not without eating.......

but i used to snack constantly at work, since snacking's an easy way to keep from being bored at work, or whenever, but once you go a while without it, you find other things to occupy your time, and it's a non-issue altogether.

 
start reading nutrition facts... low fat low carbs.... drink about a gallon of water per day, and go for a jog 2x a day, once in the morning, once at night.... or once when you get home from school once at night, or whatever. Since it seems like you might not be in too good of shape, start off w. baby steps.

foods you might want to eat:

a lot of fruits and veggies(they have frozen fruit bags at wally world, theyre the shit)

salads w. chicken or steak, w. little or no dressing, or low fat dressing

lots of water(STAY AWAY FROM ALL SOFT DRINKS!)

fruit juices such as orange juice, apple juice, etc

eggs are always good

try low fat sandwich meats(no mayo!) try mustard, or any other low fat dressing

just think about what youre eating, i know its real easy to eat fast food, but with drinking a lot of water, your hunger will stay down a lot aswell
