nice goal to have accomplished huh Brian //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gifI lost 40 pounds last summer doing the following...Eat 3 balanced meals a day with dinner being the smallest along with a couple healthy snacks such as fruit and veggies in between
work out 4 days a week including lifting for an hour and running or other cardio activity 30 minutes.
play bball the other 3 days.
Its definitely not a plan for "bulking up" but it worked wonders for losing weight and getting some muscle tone.
I've never had so much energy in my life.
too bad im too lazy to continue it but I haven't gained any of the weight back
I went from 250 to 210 and I'm looking good //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/thumbsup.gif.3287b36ca96645a13a43aff531f37f02.gif
