Want to lose some weight

id say stay away from supplements...right now im taking a nitrious oxide, testosterone, creatine, and protien, along with gym everyday and eating healthy...i am however gaining weight due to muscle growth...you should focus more on cardio along with maybe weight lifting with low weights and lots of reps to cut back on fat...theres some supplements you can take as hunger suppresents...best way to do this is find someone in the same boat as you like a friend and motivate one another...if you wanna talk any more about it without getting flamed PM me

 
Here is a rundown of what to do

Spend 5 days a week in the gym, example:

M-Arms and 45 min Cardio

T-Shoulders and 45 min Cardio

W-Chest and 45 min Cardio

TH-Back and 45 min Cardio

F-Legs and 45 min Cardio (Do legs last so they can recover over the 2day break)

For eating, eat alot, but small. 5-6 times a day like:

Wake-up: Protein Shake

Breakfast: Egg Whites w/ wheat toast

Lunch: Tuna Sandwich on wheat

Pre workout: Protein Shake

Post workout: Protein Shake

Dinner: Chicken Breast + Veggies

Supplement wise:

Ephedrine (be careful) dnepharmeceudicals.com (may have spelled wrong lol)

Caffeine Pills

Green tea extract

Take each twice a day upon wake up and preworkout

When i first started tryin creatine and the protein muscle drinks, the 2nd week i was puttin on 10 pounds and worked out 3 days a week and had results in 6 weeks and ate alot of poultry foods //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/yumyum.gif.0556df42231b304b9c995aefd13928a8.gif

 
I lost 40 pounds last summer doing the following...

Eat 3 balanced meals a day with dinner being the smallest along with a couple healthy snacks such as fruit and veggies in between

work out 4 days a week including lifting for an hour and running or other cardio activity 30 minutes.

play bball the other 3 days.

Its definitely not a plan for "bulking up" but it worked wonders for losing weight and getting some muscle tone.

I've never had so much energy in my life.

too bad im too lazy to continue it but I haven't gained any of the weight back

you should see what testosterone is doing...came so school weighing 200lbs of flab...im up to 220 of muscle in 8 weeks...

dayum:eek: , when i first started i weighed 140, i have a hard time puttin on weight since my metabolism is really high, plus i have the skinny body type, then i ate 3 meals a day atleast 4000 calories everyday and now i'm at 150 but i want to get to 175 since that seems to be "average" for a 6'2 guy isn't it?

 
^^ well it depends how old are you and yeah i definately dont have skinny body type, i was overweight most of my life and to gain alot of muscle you need alot of lean fat.... i just turned 20 and i wont be happy until im at least 230 of muscle....id like to know what the average is...

anyone out there whose 6'2"....what do you weigh?
